In this small island surrounded with hot waters, it is possible to walk along the coast orientate to admire littoral formed by solid rocks bathed by a rough sea; while for the west it predominates over the tranquillity in extensive beaches of white and thin sand, with placid waters that resemble a multicolored mirror.
It possesses 7 lagoons, between(among) which emphasize old port, Central Aviary and Lagoon North; they are lagoons communicated to the sea, where they abound barracudas, smooth, pargos and diverse fish; they are greenish rich waters in nutrients, due to the mangroves that surround them and the tailing of the birds that nest in the margins, because it is a zone of reproduction and nesting of the frigate, carmoran, the reddish heron and the pelican coffee.

ITINERARY:
09:00am - Transportation to the Park Isla Contoy.
10:00am - Snorkeling (If the conditions of climate allow it).
11:00am - Arrival to Isla Contoy, crossed by the paths, the lagoon, the viewing-point and the museum.
01:00pm - We take the food under a palapa to the shore of the beach in the island. (Fish tikinxic, salad, rice, guacamole and tortillas.prepared coal Yucatecan ingredients 100%
03:00pm - I rest in the shores of the beach to enjoy the Sun.
03:45pm - We come back to Puerto Juárez.
05:00pm - Arrival to Puerto Juárez. |
